With this book, we would like to resume the passionate conversation that Jean-Luc Nancy was engaged in throughout his life, with philosophers and artists from all over the world. Now that he has passed away, it is not enough for us to simply reflect on his work: we would like to stay true to the stance to which his thought invites us, in a pluralistic and communal way. Jean-Luc Nancy takes up the old philosophical question of truth as a praxis of a with — understanding truth without any given measure or comparison as an articulation of a with. It is a thinking responsible for the world from within the world, a language that seeks to respond to the ongoing mutation of our civilization.

Susanna Lindberg

est professeure de philosophie continentale à l'Université de Leyde, Pays-Bas. Après des études à l'université d'Helsinki elle a passé son doctorat à l'université Marc Bloch de Strasbourg et son habilitation à diriger les recherches à L'université Paris Nanterre. Elle a travaillé comme chercheure, maître de conférences et professeure en Finlande et en France. Elle s'est spécialisée en idéalisme allemand, phénoménologie et philosophie française contemporaine. Ses recherches ont porté notamment sur la vie, l'animalité, l'élémental et la technique. Parmi ses livres on peut citer From Technological Humanity to Bio-Technical Existence (à paraître chez SUNY Press en 2023) ; Techniques en philosophie (Hermann, coll. Le bel aujourd'hui, Paris, 2020) ; Le monde défait. L'être au monde aujourd'hui (Hermann, coll. Le bel aujourd'hui, Paris, 2016) ; Heidegger contre Hegel : Les irréconciliables (L'Harmattan, Paris, 2010), Entre Heidegger et Hegel : L'éclosion et vie de l'être (L'Harmattan, Paris 2010). Artemy Magun

est professeur au Centre de philosophie pratique de l'Université Européenne de Saint-Pétersbourg. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences politiques de l'Université du Michigan (2003) et d'un doctorat en philosophie de l'Université de Strasbourg (2004). Magun est l'auteur de nombreux livres et articles en russe, anglais et français. Il est rédacteur en chef de Stasis, revue de pensée sociale et politique. Parmi ses ouvrages figurent des livres Révolution Négative (Harmattan, 2009), Politics of the One (2013, éd.), The Future of the State (2020, éd.) ; des articles tels que: « Illuminated by Darkness. Two Symbolist Masterpieces », « Hysterical Machiavellianism. Russian Foreign Policy and the International Non-relations »; « Marx’s Theory of Time », « De Negatione » et bien d'autres.

Marita Tatari

Marita Tatari

est professeure de philosophie à l’université de Patras. Elle a passé son doctorat à l'université Marc Bloch de Strasbourg avec Jean-Luc Nancy et son habilitation à diriger les recherches à Ruhr Universität Bochum. Elle était Humboldt-Fellow à l’UC Berkeley et le ZfL Berlin. Elle a enseigné à la Humboldt université et l’université des Arts à Berlin, ainsi qu’aux universités de Bâle, Bochum, Leipzig, Dresden et Kreta. Elle a été professeur en remplacement d’esthétique contemporaine à l’université de Musique et des Arts Performatifs à Stuttgart. Parmis ses publications sont les livres Kunstwerk als Handlung – Transformationen von Ausstellung und Teilnahme, Fink 2017, Orte des Unermesslichen – Theater nach der Geschichtsteleologie (Hsg.), diaphanes 2014, Heidegger et Rilke – Interprétation et partage de la poésie, L’Harmattan 2013, Ästhetische Universalität – Vom fortbestehenden Wir, Metzler (à paraître).
